I'm not counting the days, but it is about two weeks since our world changed.
I'm thinking it will be about six weeks more until Corgi Hollows gets to some semblance of "normal" again.
But perhaps not.
Are you prepared for global change?
Since my hope and faith are eternally anchored I can watch with interest and not fear as things develop.
Think of all the upheavals the human race has weathered! Wars, famines, pestilence. God's plans always work.
Those caught in the web of the darkness and sin are being appealed to, to come out from her.
The winking at sin and evil must stop, but we must also place our trust more firmly in Christ alone.
This is the creed of the Reformation, and I agree with it.
We cannot put our faith in the systems of this world.
We are called for such a time as this, to watch and wait for our Blessed Hope, to obey our Lord and Savior (even unto death).
Occupy until He comes! I love that, and it is true. We are called to spiritual warfare as followers of our supernatural God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Hold on to the Truth of Scripture.
Yes, without a doubt there are very deep and murky waters ahead, fraught with danger. Like Peter we should keep our eyes on Jesus as we walk toward Him on the surface. Eyes on Christ.
Repent from sin. Stop believing the Deceiver and forsake your past. Today is the day of salvation!
I would think that pandemics and earthquakes, society upheavals and shaking nations would give anyone pause to question where their faith is anchored.
Hold on to Jesus.
